What is collected
Only what you type into a form. There is no advertising tracker, no analytics cookie, and no third-party pixel on this site.

What is not collected
No IP address logging beyond what the hosting provider does automatically, no advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no data purchased from third parties, and no sensitive categories of information (health, biometric, precise location, government ID, financial account numbers). Do not send any of those through the message field.
Phone numbers and text messages
A phone number is required to submit either form so there is a reliable way to reach you about your request.
No marketing text messages are sent. This site does not collect consent for automated texts or calls, and no such messages are sent to numbers given here. Your number is contact detail, used to reach you about what you asked about.
If that changes, this policy will be updated first and consent will be collected separately, unticked, and never as a condition of receiving a playbook or submitting an inquiry. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing .
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase in the us-west-1 (United States) region. The site itself is hosted by Vercel.
The database is configured so that submitted records cannot be read, changed, or deleted from a web browser. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and encrypted at rest by the hosting provider.
Stored in your own browser
When you unlock a playbook, your first name, email address, and phone number are
saved in your browser's localStorage so you are not asked again on your
next visit, along with your playbook answers. This stays on your device until you clear
your browser data. It is not a cookie and is not readable by any other website. If you
are on a shared computer, clear your browser data when finished.
Who it is shared with
Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the site:
- Supabase: database hosting
- Vercel: website hosting
- Google Fonts: serves the typefaces; your browser requests them from Google
- GoHighLevel: customer relationship management; leads are synced here for follow-up by email
Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
How long it is kept
Records are kept indefinitely, with no automatic deletion schedule, so that past conversations and playbook answers remain available if we work together later.
You can have your information deleted at any time by asking. Email and it will be removed within 30 days. Indefinite retention is not a refusal to delete; it only means nothing expires on its own.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email and it will be handled within 30 days.
If you are in California
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information is collected and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Your personal information is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. You will never be treated differently for exercising these rights.
If you are in the EU or UK
Under the GDPR you additionally have the right to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. The lawful basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit a form, and legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. Information is not knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, email and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. Material changes affecting how your information is used will be communicated directly where there is a way to reach you.
